In this section can you find information and the form to report your meeting hours and receive your fee.
Collect a fee
All student representatives who are members of SöderS can receive a fee for their assignment. To receive a fee, you need to be formally appointed by the student union, be a union member for the current semester and submit your timesheet with correct details on time.
When do I get my fee?
Fees are paid one to two months after the end of the term.
When should I report my hours?
Time reporting for fees is done after the end of the semester. You will receive an email from SöderS when it is time.

Meeting fee
The fee for assignments as a student representative is based on the total number of meetings and meeting hours during a semester.
Basic fee£100/meeting
Working hours: 100 SEK per meeting hour
The basic fee aims, prior to meetings, to highlight and enable preparation and follow-up work, such as reading documents, communicating and informing students about current issues, etc.
Special fee levels
Certain assignments require more preparation time. Therefore, different fee levels apply to assignments in the faculty board and the disciplinary board.
Basic fee£30 per meeting
Working hours: 100 SEK per meeting hour
Fee for a chairperson's decision
Student representatives are also entitled to a fee for chair decisions. These are calculated as the number of decisions per semester. To receive these, you need to:
- Read the proposal and review any associated supporting documentation.
- Follow up with the individual decision-maker. Depending on the forum, follow-up may take place via email, telephone or a presentation. The number of emails or similar in the same conversation for decision-making is not counted as the number of decisions.
Remuneration for presidential decisions is made as follows:
11 and upwards: 300 SEK
1-5 decisions: 100 SEK
6-10 decisions: 200 SEK
Time reporting for fee payment
You fill in the timesheet at the end of the term, and then you report the total number of meetings and hours for the entire term. If you sit on several different university boards, you fill in a timesheet for each board. To ensure the money can be paid out on time, it is very important that all the information is correct.
The deadline for reporting time for the spring term 2026 is 5 July 2026.
PLEASE NOTE: We can only guarantee payments to Swedish bank accounts.
