Book a meeting or event venue at Södertörn University

Member associations have the right, through the student union's agreement with the university, to book the university's premises free of charge for purposes that stimulate campus life, education, and associative life.

Premises can be booked free of charge on weekdays at 08:00-18:00, and also in Moa’s arc (MA) between 08:00-20:00. Annual general meetings can be booked after 18:00. At other times, the association will be invoiced by the college.

If the event requires additional security on campus for various reasons, the booking request should preferably be submitted one month before the date. For example, larger gatherings or gatherings that require increased access control.

Note that not all venues permit the consumption of food and drink.

It is only possible to book full hours.

The higher education institution has the right to deny bookings involving external guests if there is reason to believe that serious disruption to public order may occur, or an event that violates the law or the institution's commitments to third parties.

About the activity

Here you fill in all the necessary information to be able to complete the booking. The university's premises can be booked on weekdays between 08.00 and 18.00. Exceptions are made for the student associations' annual general meetings.

Book exhibition space at the Infocenter or Blickatorget

Under the student union’s agreement with the university, members of föreningar can book exhibition spaces at the Infocenter (MA5) and on Blickatorget.

The Infocenter (MA5) may only be made available to SöderS operation six (6) times per term, in accordance with the Students’ Union’s agreement with the university. The area around the Infocenter is ideal for raising the university’s profile on campus amongst new students who have not yet found their feet in student life.

Blickatorget can be booked through SöderS, and there is no limit on the number of times membersföreningar may use the space. For activities at Blickatorget, it is important not to disturb the surrounding area (e.g. with loud music) and not to provide free food and drink that could compete directly with the university’s restaurants.
