The mentoring programme 3xMentor connects mentors and mentees across three tiers.
I 3xMentor we are creating a network between first-year students at Widerströmska gymnasiet, students at Södertörns högskola, and the business community. A forum for knowledge, inspiration, and the exchange of experience across generational and educational boundaries.
Together we are building optimism for the future, broadened skills, and strong leaders. A collaboration between SöderS, Södertörn University, Widerströmska Gymnasium, Huddinge Municipality, and the business sector.
Flemingsberg: The knowledge hub of the future
3xMentor is designed to actively contribute to Huddinge Municipality's development of Flemingsberg as a regional hub for knowledge-intensive business, higher education and research.
By creating structured and recurring meeting places between upper secondary school, higher education and working life, the programme establishes a social and organisational arena for the exchange of knowledge in Flemingsberg.

Sixth-formers
Upper secondary school students from Widerströmska gymnasiet are given 3xMentor be adapters for students at Södertörn University. In meetings with their mentor, the pupil learns how higher education works and what opportunities are available as a student. Through this, we create closeness to higher education for the pupil and optimism for the time after upper secondary school graduation.
Students
Students from Södertörn University are getting in 3xMentor act as both mentors to upper-secondary school students and mentees to individuals from the business world. Through this, the student gains strengthened leadership skills in their mentoring role, and a closer connection to working life as a mentee. Through this, the student also gets an extra credential on their CV and a broadened network of contacts.
Working life
People from working life are given 3xMentor act as mentors to students from Södertörn University. Through this opportunity, you can build relationships with local talent in Flemingsberg, strengthen your organisation's connection to academia, and become a role model for a student.
We match mentees and mentors based on knowledge and interests, to make the programme as rewarding as possible for all parties involved. The goal is for it to deliver real results for the individual taking part in the programme, both in the form of practical knowledge and insights that they will carry with them further in life.

Applications for participation open on 28 September. If you have registered your interest before then, we will contact you. You can also nominate someone else you think should take part in the initiative; please include this in ”Additional information” along with that person's name and email address.
