H&ART Incubator Södertörn University is now accepting applications from students, artists and creative professionals who wish to develop ideas, projects or operations in the fields of culture, the arts, cultural heritage and the creative industries.
The incubator is part of KreativEU, a European collaboration between 11 universities, offering support to take ideas from an early stage to testing, implementation and further development.
Who can apply?
The call is open to, among others:
- students and recent graduates
- artists and creators
- cultural and creative professionals
- interdisciplinary teams and newly started initiatives
Applications can be made individually or as a team.
What ideas can you search with?
We welcome ideas and projects concerning, for example:
- artistic and cultural projects with development potential
- digital tools for culture, museums and cultural heritage
- design, media, gaming, music, film, fashion or cultural tourism
- social and cultural innovation
- creative technologies like AI, XR/VR and digital storytelling
What do you receive if you are accepted?
As a participant, you will receive, among other things:
- supervision and mentoring
- workshops and professional development
- support in developing concepts, projects or business models
- access to national and international networks
- opportunity for residency, mobility and events
Participation is completely free of charge.
Practical information:
Length of the incubation programme: approx 9–12 months (2 terms)
Working language: Swedish and English
