About the general meeting
At the extraordinary general meeting, the board for the 2026 financial year will be elected. All submitted motions and proposals will also be dealt with during the extraordinary general meeting.
As an ordinary member you have the right to vote at the meeting. To be an ordinary member, it is required that you have studied at Södertörn University during the year 2025. It is important that you as a member participate in the meeting and make your voice heard, so that the best board for the 2026 financial year can be elected. Remember that you as a member can make a difference to how the association is run.
Documents
The documents cover the board's proposed statutory changes, motions proposed by members, and provide a basic compilation and presentation of the candidates for the board. In the documents you will also find a guide for the extraordinary general meeting. The documents will be published no later than 24 hours before the meeting.
