We are SöderS – your student union during your studies, your vibrant campus, your student-political space, and above all your students' union. We care about your study time, your student life and your rights. 

We at SöderS are doing everything we can to ensure your first term here at Södertörns högskola gets off to the best possible start. Even before your studies kick off, we therefore invite you to The soft-start week, where you get the chance to familiarise yourself with the campus, find new favourite spots and meet both new and returning students. There will be guided tours, the opportunity to buy course literature and hanging out in our very own student pub – SöderS Pub – which is open every Wednesday and Friday during the academic year!

Our student association SÖFRE is organising the annual The freshers' week starting on the 14th of August, and lasting for two whole weeks filled with fun activities and community for all new students. Register now at suffers so as not to miss anything!

On the 1st of September, studies begin in earnest, and we are kicking off The start of term week with a warm welcome from both the university’s vice-chancellor and the chair of the students’ union. You’ll have the chance to meet our student associations and operations students, get to know our partners, explore the whole of Campus Flemingsberg, and of course join the student union!

Otherwise, you can easily become a member here on our website; here you will also find our student associations and contact details for the student union’s board and staff. Here you will also find our calendar filled with fun events and activities to look forward to during your time studying here at Södertörn University. On campus, you will find us in Building F on floor 5; a direct turn to the right after the escalators from Flemingsberg station.
