Violent act
Procedures, information and contact in case of ongoing, or threatened, acts of violence on campus.
In case of ongoing violence
For the safety of those involved, if you witness acts of violence on University premises, contact the University security immediately. Remember to protect yourself.
While waiting for security, it is important that you try to distract the violence without getting hurt yourself.
Violent act within the student union premises or activities
Criminal incidents within the Student Union's activities must be reported to the President or Secretary General of the Student Union as soon as possible. The Student Union's management is responsible for taking action and contacting the university and, if necessary, other authorities.
Porting, suspension and segregation
If an act of violence takes place in connection with SöderS activities, SöderS can decide to ban individuals from SöderS premises.
The victim can also issue a notification of disciplinary measures against the perpetrator. In serious cases, a person can also be expelled from the educational system in Sweden.

Malpractices in SöderS
Information and forms for reporting wrongdoings within the organization and activities of SöderS.
If you feel mistreated by or within SöderS and student life
If you have experienced or witnessed inappropriate or unfair behavior within SöderS, you can inform the crisis management about this through the support contact form. Reports of misconduct can be made regarding the whole of SöderS, i.e. even if it concerns an association or an activity within the student union.
Data management and anonymity
The contact details provided are only accessible by the crisis management team. If the crisis management deems it appropriate and necessary, the information may be shared with individual staff for further handling of the case. If you do not want the information to reach the crisis management, you can contact an individual within SöderS.
You can make a report without providing contact details. However, if you choose to remain anonymous, this will limit the crisis management's ability to provide you with additional information and feedback.
Inappropriate or unfair actions by the university or within your course
