About the meeting
The Extraordinary General Assembly will elect the Board for the 2026 financial year. All motions and proposals received will also be discussed at the extraordinary general meeting.
As a regular member, you have the right to vote at the meeting; to be a regular member, you must have studied at Södertörn University in 2025. It is important that you as a member attend the meeting and make your voice heard, so that the best board for the financial year 2026 can be elected. Remember that as a member you can make a difference to how the association will be run.
Documents
The documents cover the amendments to the Statutes proposed by the Board, motions proposed by members, and provide a basic overview and presentation of the candidates for the Board. In the documents you will also find a guide to the extraordinary general meeting. The documents are published at least 24 hours before the meeting.
