The grant can be used to help cover costs related to security, such as hiring security guards, purchasing security equipment or providing training on security matters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list has-medium-font-size\">\n<li>Associations organisations affiliated with S\u00f6derS may apply for the grant. Any association organisation applying must have reported its operation figures for the most recent relevant period.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The grant is intended for activities where there is an identified need for security measures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Priority areas are events that are expected to attract large numbers of visitors or that involve an elevated risk of public disorder or security incidents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The application must contain a detailed description of the activity, a justification for why security measures are needed, and a budget showing the planned security measures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An association bank account is required to receive the granted funds.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maximum grant per association: SEK 10,000 per term.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The decision will be made by the S\u00f6derS board at the next board meeting if the application is submitted at least two weeks before it.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once the event has taken place, f\u00f6reningen must submit a statement of the actual security costs, together with receipts and other relevant documentation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"ansok\" class=\"wp-block-group has-border-color has-custom-svart-border-color has-custom-f-5-30-background-color has-background has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\" style=\"border-width:2px;border-radius:10px;padding-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--50);padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--50)\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">Application<\/h2>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-jetpack-contact-form is-layout-flex wp-container-jetpack-contact-form-is-layout-2b4208ba wp-block-jetpack-contact-form-is-layout-flex\"><a href=\"https:\/\/soders.nu\/en\/forening\/synergi\/foreningsekonomi\/sakerhetsbidrag\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Submit a form.<\/a><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:79px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-border-color has-custom-color-1-border-color has-custom-f-5-30-background-color has-background has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\" style=\"border-width:2px;border-radius:10px;padding-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--50);padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--50)\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">Accounting<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"redovisa\" class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once the activity has been completed, f\u00f6reningen must submit a report containing an evaluation of the activity, the financial outcome and copies of receipts. This is done using a digital form on the S\u00f6derS website.<br><br>A association cannot be granted further funds from the security fund until a final report has been submitted and approved by the board.
