About the annual meeting
The Annual General Meeting is the Student Union's highest decision-making body and takes place twice a year: in the fall and spring. The annual meeting consists of the members who make strategic decisions about the organization and activities. At the autumn meeting, the members make decisions on the past financial year.
Register for the annual meeting
Pre-registration is not required to attend the Annual Meeting, but it helps the project team to plan the venue and refreshments.
Submit your proposal to the Annual General Meeting!
Proposals for the annual meeting from members are called motions - and you can submit one! Come and discuss the Board's proposals and get support in formulating your motion at the motion workshop on November 12 at 15:00 in SöderS Föreningsflygel!
The deadline for submitting motions is November 13, 2025 to info@soders.nu.
